DESCRIPTION:Come out and see entrepreneurs from Allendale and Barnwell competing for $10\,000 to support their business! It will be a great evening of food\, libations\, and cheering on your favorite business at the Carolina Theater in Allendale! This is the culminating event of Propel Business Lab\, a 12 week business development course developed by the Southern Palmetto Regional Chamber\, The Palmetto Innovation Center & Leadership Salkehatchie\, and funded in part by USDA RBDG and Barnwell County. This pitch competition event is made possible by the generous support of SRP Federal Credit Union and the Barnwell County EDC\, with the goal of fostering new businesses in Allendale & Barnwell Counties. \n\n\n\nFREE to Attend\, but must register!

SUMMARY:Homegrown: Successfully Managing Conflict
DESCRIPTION:The Homegrown Leadership Institute is a 6 month development course for emerging leaders of various experience levels focused on expanding participants overall individual leadership skills that can be applied to their work and life\, developed by the Palmetto Innovation Center and Southern Palmetto Regional Chamber. The program will host leadership development sessions led by Kirk Randazzo\, Director of Leadership Studies at USC\, alongside speakers from throughout the regional business community and local government.  \n\n\n\nThis application process is for the first session\, which will host a cohort of up to 20 participants that will meet in monthly sessions for 6 months at the Palmetto Innovation Center. After completing all six sessions\, participants will graduate at the culminating event – The Homegrown Leaders Summit which will take place in June 2024. \n\n\n\n$500 Tuition
