The Animal Advocates is a non-profit organization made up of a diverse group of people with the same common goal – to make a difference in the lives of the cats and dogs in our community. We have operated a thrift store, the Pick of the Litter Shoppe, since 2006. The proceeds from this store have allowed us to provide the following:

• A No Cost/Low Cost spay and neuter program for citizens in our community that cannot afford the surgery for their pets. This is based on available funds
• Financial support for our Friends for Life Foster and Adoption Center and ACI program
• Community Outreach Activities
