🎤 Meet One Of Our Keynote Speakers: Dr. Carolyn Anderson
From Barnwell to the big stage, Dr. Anderson has spent more than 30 years shaping minds, inspiring students, and leading with excellence. An award-winning educator, coach, administrator, and lifelong learner, she knows what it means to invest in people and create lasting impact.
We`re excited to welcome her to the Homegrown Leaders Summit as she shares insights on leadership, growth, and the power of education to transform communities.

What an incredible day at the Civics Bee! 🎉 We are so proud of all of the students who participated and showcased their knowledge, critical thinking, and passion for civics.

We are also excited to share that five students from our region will advance to compete at the State Level Civics Bee!

What an incredible time we had at the 2026 Barnwell Sundial Festival!
From the amazing vendors and delicious food to the live entertainment and 50s Sock Hop, there was tons family fun, and smiling faces throughout Friday and Saturday! We loved seeing our community come together to celebrate everything that makes Barnwell special!
The Southern Palmetto Chamber would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our community for supporting this event. It takes a community effort to make events like this great, and we could not do it without our wonderful community members.
We also want to give a special thank you to our volunteers, committee members, and sponsors for their incredible help, dedication, and support in making this festival such a success. Your hard work and commitment are deeply appreciated!
As we wrap up another fantastic year, we’re already looking ahead to the 2027 Barnwell Sundial Festival and there will be a NEW date announced soon! Be sure to keep a watch out for the official release date and more exciting details to come.
