Position Summary:
The Office Manager oversees daily office operations, supervises administrative staff, ensures
compliance, and supports the overall success of the agency.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise office staff and scheduling operations
• Oversee payroll coordination and documentation compliance
• Ensure proper filing of VA and Medicaid client records
• Manage caregiver onboarding and HR documentation
• Handle escalated client and staff concerns
• Monitor office performance and daily workflow
Office Assistant
Experience Requirement: Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience.
Position Summary:
The Office Assistant supports daily administrative functions including answering phones, organizing
paperwork, and assisting with scheduling and intake.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients and caregivers
• Organize and file client and employee paperwork
• Assist with caregiver scheduling updates
• Maintain office supplies and records
• Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks
Caregiver / Home Health Aide
Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical home care
services including personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and supervision
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transfers
