Now Hiring: Full-Time Direct Support Staff (DSPs)

We are currently hiring full-time Direct Support Staff for varying shifts and hours. Positions are available throughout Allendale and Barnwell Counties.

Position Summary – Direct Support Professional (DSP):
Direct Support Professionals provide daily support and assistance to individuals with disabilities to help them live meaningful, independent, and safe lives. DSPs work directly with individuals in home, community, and day program settings.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living skills such as personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation
• Supporting individuals with community outings, recreational activities, and appointments
• Encouraging independence, choice, and self-advocacy
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and other physical tasks as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
• Reliable transportation within Allendale and Barnwell Counties
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Compassion, patience, and a desire to make a difference
• Clean driving record
