Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least two (2) years of experience in public health education or community-based prevention programs
• High School Diploma with at least five (5) years of experience in public health education or community-based prevention programs
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Canva and graphic design tools to create engaging content.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention education and awareness programs throughout Barnwell County.
• Develop, manage, and grow the agency’s communication efforts, including social media (Facebook and other platforms), digital content, and agency web pages.
• Create visually engaging materials that support prevention messaging and community outreach.
