Student Services Coordinator

Healthy Learners, a statewide ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System, is seeking a full-time Student Services Coordinator in Allendale, SC. This role supports student access to healthcare services by coordinating appointments, transporting students to providers, communicating with families, schools, and healthcare professionals, and documenting care coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport students safely to medical appointments
• Deliver glasses, medications, and other resources
• Coordinate and document student healthcare services and follow-up care
• Serve as a liaison between families, schools, and healthcare providers
• Assist with office operations and program activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in a related professional environment required
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services, Healthcare, or related field preferred
• Enjoy working with children
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license and safe driving record
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Must pass an extensive background check
