LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOREMAN – Adam's Nursery & Landscaping

We are a growing company, currently seeking a hard-working, dependable leader to join our team. We are seeking someone that has a positive attitude to lead a landscape team. The Landscape Foremen plays an important role on our team. This person is responsible for overseeing the installation of the landscape design. 

Requesting that applicant have experience in:

• Supervising and managing a landscaping crew
• Reading and understanding landscape/irrigation plans
• Manage  jobs so they are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
• Communicating plans and production goals with crew members, homeowners and the business owner.
• Ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
• Work to ensure deadlines are met on landscape projects 
• Being a team player with a positive attitude
• Preparing job sites and seeing them through to completion
• Maintaining a clean worksite
• Making sure proper equipment and materials are carried to the job site each day
• Completing paperwork and information pertaining to job
• Insuring customers are happy with completed projects

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams is a huge plus 
• Have knowledge and experience installing a variety of landscape applications
• Be able to lift 50 pounds
• Be able to operate standard landscaping machinery such as mini skid steer, trencher, skid steer, mini-excavator, Harley rake 
• Have a valid driver’s license and an ability to pull a trailer 
• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• Be able to work 5 days per week (we do not work weekends) 
• Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
